Refunds

Our main goal is to offer premium quality. In case a customer isn’t satisfied with the product received, jamonlovers.com will replace the same product with the exact same weight received, as long as the following conditions are kept: The client will be liable for the shipping cost of returning the product to our offices. Once the product is received, it will be sent to our facilities to inspect its status, and jamonlovers.com will ship the replacing product to our customer at no extra cost. On special occasions, jamonlovers.com will also make a refund via the same method as the purchase was made.

All refunds must be requested prior to seven (7) days after receiving the product. After this period of time, no refunds will be allowed.
