The best way of preparing and eating a nice Iberic Ham is with thin slices of bread, tomato and a couple of drops of olive oil:

1. Open the Ham package 10 minutes before eating it.

2. Cut thin bread slices and toast them lightly, cut in half a nice mature tomato and spread it on the slices of bread. Spray a bit of olive oil on it and add the desired amount of ham.

 

Also enjoy an amazing Iberic Ham sandwich

1. Cut in half the bread and heat it or toast it very lightly, spread the mature tomato on both sides and trickle a couple of drops of olive oil. Add the desired amount of Iberic Ham on one slice of bread part and cover with the other one! Enjoy!
